We are currently seeking hard-working, motivated individuals for our Warranty & Fuel Manager!Warranty & Fuel Program ManagerWARRANTYProcess warranty claims on a timely basis for all Universal Shop locationReview and report all discrepancies in shop repair ordersReview over the road repairs and tows for warranty and process claims as neededClose all repair orders upon completion of warrantyReconcile warranty receivables with paymentsAppeal rejected and charge back claims and re-file when necessaryRun and distribute daily reports as to part returns and scrap partsCoordinate part returns to manufacturers on failed partsTrack warranty parts and follow through until parts are delivered to return centerFollow core process on part returns of parts with core valueComplete claims once they have been paidFUEL Manage company's fuel card programAssigning and updating user access and limits within fuel systemWorking in coordination with other departments to ensure overall complianceTrack and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements in various StatesCoordinate repairs with outside vendors at locations requiring equipment service
