An Astoria based General Contracting and Development firm is currently seeking an Asset Manager. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Asset/Property Manager to oversee the operational, financial, and administrative aspects of our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing property value, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
