SummaryOur national level client with over 100 years in the business are looking for a Municipal Engineering Project Manager to manage complex municipal engineering projects and build strong client relationships.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementOversee entitlement reviews and ensure compliance with local ordinances.Develop and manage multi-year CIP programs.Lead projects in transportation, traffic, stormwater management, and utility improvements.Coordinate communications with city departments, public agencies, and stakeholders.Review and approve project scopes, budgets, and contracts.Manage QA/QC processes and secure necessary permits.Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue project opportunities.Lead presentations and represent the company during project interviews.Expand client relationships through exceptional service.Client and Team CommunicationsMaintain strong client relationships and coordinate project invoicing and collections.Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, sub-consultants, and project teams.Education and ExperienceBachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.10+ years of experience in municipal engineering or public infrastructure.Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.Experience with permitting processes and QA/QC protocols.Strong project management skills.Proven ability to mentor and lead technical teams.Familiarity with funding programs and municipal regulations.Compensation Range $135,000 - $175,000.
