In this role you will work 3 days/week in the office. This role will be 50% hands on development and 50% leadership!!Job DescriptionLooking for a Lead .Net Developer - full stack developer with primarily 10+ years of front-end experience.This will be a hybrid role, 3x/week in Philadelphia, PA officeMust have:.Net coreAngular 14+SQLMicroservices architectureLogging/security experience for external users (for example: ELK stack).Candidate should also have proven leadership, business, and presentation skills.Preferred:API development experience highly preferredJavaCloud upgrade / transition - hosting on cloud (Google Cloud Platform)Liferay experienceAdditional Job Tasks:Coordinating with related teams such as enterprise services, informatics, infrastructure, data modeling, testing/QA, security, and architecture.Assisting the team members with best patterns and practices and ensuring they are followed.Ensuring security, maintainability, and performance of the application.Mentoring team membersRefining the requirements and translating them into a detail design of data stores, components, and services.Assisting the PM with task breakdown, estimation, and assignment.Creating functional and detail design documentation.Assisting with production problem resolution.Being a SME and single point of contact for the PM, business, management, and security office/audit.Experience of working as a member of an agile team and familiar with agile planning and estimation techniques. Demonstrate a solid understanding of the fundamental rationale for employing an agile approach to implementationExperience with using engineering practices that compliment an agile approach.
