Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER for a confidential real estate development and construction company in the Tampa, FL area.REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER Compensation & BenefitsAnnual salary for the Real Estate Development Project Manager is $200,000.00 per year and total compensation including benefits, retirement, allowances and bonus far exceed the stated salary.Highly competitive salary commensurate with experienceBonus programExcellent Health insurance packagePTO and Paid holidaysVehicle and Cell phone allowanceRetirement InvestingReal Estate Development Project Manager Duties and ResponsibilitisLead the planning, execution, and completion of mixed-use real estate development projects.Role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.Responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, as well as managing relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in each project.Responsible for conducting feasibility studies, preparing project proposals, and securing necessary permits and approvals.Plan, execute, and oversee real estate development projects.Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers.Conduct feasibility studies and prepare project proposals.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, capital partners, and team members.Stay updated on market trends and zoning laws.Real Estate Development Project Manager QualificationsBachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, or a related field.Proven experience in project management within the commercial real estate industry.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Knowledge of zoning laws, building codes, and regulations.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Familiarity with financial modeling and pro formas.Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
