** Business Development Representative Hybrid - Chicago B2B SaaSOur client, a leading B2B SaaS platform, is looking to hire a driven and results-oriented Business Development representative to engage with prospective customers and generating sales leads contributing to the growth of the business.Work closely with the sales team to help schedule meetings and build the sales pipeline.Reach out to new trial users to drive additional revenue.Identify, evaluate, and establish new customer accounts.Utilize various communication methods (Email, phone, social media) to connect with prospects, users, and decision-makers.Create and manage a Business Development pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of leads and prospects that can be converted into new business opportunities.Proven experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments.At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS.Experience prospecting large enterprise accounts.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to establish rapport and nurture relationships with potential clients.A positive attitude with the ability to navigate ambiguity and work collaboratively within a growing team.**Base salary $65,000 plus commissionHealth insurance20 days of paid time offAdditional company perksOpportunity to grow within a fast-paced, dynamic organization
