Company DescriptionInventory Sales Company is a full-line fastener company with locations stocking various items in different divisions including Fasteners, Weld Studs, Strut, Tools, Global Sourcing, Fabrication, Sign Shop, and Printing.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an Outside Sales Representative. The representative will be responsible for sales presentations, relationship building, customer service, communication, and new business development.Responsibilities:Develop a business plan to achieve sales goals and company objectivesAchieve and exceed growth, revenue, and gross margin objectivesDevelop relationships with key end users to gain understanding of industry needs Develop and expand, maintain and improve business relations with customer baseResponsible for improving customer satisfaction; accountable for resolving customer problemsWork with local suppliers to make joint end user calls to drive sales growth.Continuously communicate sales, marketing, and inventory needs to all levels of the organizationDevelop and utilize account plans which measure goal attainmentTrack daily sales call activities (until new CRM is in place) to ensure proper customer interaction cadence is developed.Analyze regional market data including but not limited to competitor data, economic trends, industry data to assess and calibrate territories and growth opportunitiesManage operating expense budget for assigned areaFollow company guidelines on communications for everything from pricing to quality issues, to customer stock outs.What makes us the best?· Highly competitive salary + commission structure· Casual and fun working environment· Work-life balance· 24/7 employee development, coaching and training availableQualifications:Bachelors degree in Sales or Marketing preferred but nor requiredKnowledge of the commercial construction, industrial, and distribution markets10+ years of industrial and/or commercial construction end user sales experienceOvernight travel as needed, not to exceed 10% of timeHigh energy levelStrong leadership skills and ability to work cross functionally across the broader businessDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and mitigate risksExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI or similar database applicationsBenefits:· 3 weeks of PTO and an additional 11 paid holidays/floating holidays· Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance· Healthcare FSA· Employer paid Life Insurance and AD&D· 401K with Employer Matching· Employee Assistance Program· Wellness Reimbursement Program for Fitness Memberships and In Home Equipment· Reimbursement Program for PPEWe prioritize building a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere, where every member feels valued and connected.
