Well known / fun spirited Boston beverage brand is seeking a creative social media strategist who values and writes creative conversational, concise, and witty copy that is easy to consume. Ideal creative loves (has shown experience in) shooting and editing social videos, creating memes, and writing entertaining scripts that will grow/maintain brand voice and foster community. Great creative opportunity with a lot of exposure to grow a fun voice/brands with Social/Content in a collaborative in-house team.Responsibilities:Collaborate with in-house creative team to develop online communications plans (owned, earned and paid) across functions, including organic and paid social media, advertising, creative, and web, in partnership with agency supportResponsible for the development of social media content in partnership with big agencies and cross-functional teams Manage social channels to connect with consumers, generate content, and drive positive brand sentiment while reporting on key insights and recommendationsPartner with Sr. Marketing Manager to bring to life the brands' visual identity and tone of voice through content strategyCollaborate with design and development teams to ensure that the brands' websites are current and optimizedEnsure that all social content aligns with the brand's strategy, visual guidelines, and brand voice while fostering a collaborative and creative environmentProactively create relevant real-time content ideas to keep customers/fans engaged with the brandCollaborate with Creative/Marketing to develop content for other e-commerce, digital advertising, and website needsOversee all in-house static and video content across TikTok, Instagram, social Collaborate with Media and Sr. Marketing on content and strategy for all paid digital assets along with partnering of SEM strategy and executionHelp to introduce new capabilities and tools in order to raise the bar for best-in-class digital executionThis is not a remote position. Hybrid 1 to 2 days a week in Boston. Required Experience:Minimum 2+ years of social strategy and copywriting experience at an established branding, creative or digital agency (with samples)Minimum 2+ year as a copywriter within an agency environment (with samples)1 + plus years of professional experience shooting/editing social videos, creating memes, and writing entertaining scriptsShown experience staying ahead of trends in social media marketing, emerging media, and online communicationsPortfolio showing development and execution of innovative organic social campaigns.Excellent writing skills and a sharp wit - quick with a brand-appropriate copyThrive in cross-discipline collaborationExperience driving concepts and development of content with in-house and agency partnersPassionate about working with influencers, including outreach, management and contractingCommunity management experience driving advocacy and growth for brandsIf interested, please submit a resume and samples/portfolio showing relevant social experience.
