We offer a competitive benefits and compensation package.The Digital Marketing Manager develops digital strategies, tactics and campaigns that support the American Baitworks family of brands. This position manages and analyzes digital marketing initiatives, providing detailed reports and analytics to internal stakeholders that detail the ROI of each campaign.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPlans, develop, and implement paid digital media strategies to increase visibility, recognition, and drive traffic and sales.Leads website setup, development, and maintenance.Manages relationships with external vendors and track progress on execution across all channels.Provides troubleshooting support for issues relating to campaign spend, creative, or partner implementation and escalating to third party vendors when necessary.Provides regular insights on performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities.Contributes to the development of annual departmental operating budgets designed to achieve marketing branding and goals.Leads the hindsight process by providing a summary for each campaign including performance against goals, lessons learned, and areas of opportunity.Monitors industry trends and technology developments to create recommendations for improving marketing results.Ensures that all marketing elements and programs are "on brand."REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIESShopify e-Commerce store managementFacebook Creator Studio expertFacebook Ads Manager expertGoogle Search Marketing expertYouTube Advertising expertProject Management experienceExperience with Analytics and ROI reporting softwareStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasksExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesAbility to analyze and interpret dataProven ability to identify target audiences and create/lead campaigns that engage, educate and inspireStrong interpersonal skillsThorough understanding of the latest trends and practices in online marketingSolid knowledge of website analytics toolsKnowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTubeUnderstanding of general MS Office ProgramsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business administration, or related field.3+ years digital marketing experience, preferably in the outdoor industry.A passion for fishing and the outdoors is a plus.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSSome overnight travel required.Ability to sit in front of a computer for long periods of time.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.Please, no solicitation from recruiters.
