Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Paid Search Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.Key Responsibilities:Strategize, implement, and manage paid search campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.Monitor daily performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns remain within spend limits while driving results.Analyze data and generate reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and industry best practices in paid search and social advertising.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and content, to ensure cohesive messaging across campaigns.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns.Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager for campaign tracking and reporting.Strong understanding of PPC strategies, bid management, and optimization techniques.Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Advertising (preferred, but not required).
