The ideal candidate has a minimum of four years of experience developing innovative social media initiatives for fast-paced brands, preferably in lifestyle and hospitality sectors. They should be highly strategic, possess strong copywriting skills, excel in client communication and demonstrate outstanding organizational and project management abilities.Responsibilities and DutiesSupport the Vice President of Social Media in developing and executing long-term strategiesGuide team members in producing best-in-class social content while strengthening client relationshipsDevelop strategic social media plans that align with PR goals, collaborating with VPs to ensure synergyManage multiple client accounts, including content planning up to 30 days in advance and daily client communicationConceptualize, coordinate, and attend photoshoots, video shoots, interviews, and other on-site eventsMonitor industry trends and research opportunities to enhance client visibilityMentor junior staff by reviewing and approving content, leading team meetings, and providing guidance Oversee, edit, and provide strategic direction for the team's social media strategies and content plansQualifications and SkillsBachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related fieldKnowledge of social platforms including, but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Trello, Later and social media monitoring platformsProven expertise in leading and managing teams, with a history of mentoring junior staffExceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling contentOutstanding organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentCreative thinking with an understanding of current food and beverage, hospitality, cultural and luxury lifestyle trendsCompensationOur agency offers a competitive salary, new business incentives, flexible hybrid schedule, generous time off policy, and benefits including health insurance and 401(k).
