The role involves tasks such as lead generation, ensuring customer satisfaction, communication with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.ResponsibilitiesManage existing clients - From small/medium businesses, retail stores, to enterprises accounts, construction developments, and real estate management companies.Survey, design, and planning security systems installationsNegotiate both installation and monthly subscription chargesHandle multiple projects at the same timeThis is a part sales position and part relationship management,Identify potential risks our clients may face in their day-to-day operationsIdentify upselling opportunitiesRequirements3+ years of work experience (Sales and/or High-End Customer Service).A strong ability to negotiate with clients both face to face and over the phoneExceptional communication skills, strong computer skills, and be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
