In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and delivering tailored employee benefits solutions to meet their needs. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals to drive growth and enhance the overall client experience.Key *Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the employee benefits sector, targeting small to mid-sized businesses.Conduct needs assessments and consultations with prospective clients to understand their benefits requirements and objectives.Develop customized employee benefits plans and proposals, showcasing our offerings and services.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and servicing of client benefits programs.Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant solutions.Conduct presentations and workshops for clients to educate them on benefits options and strategies.Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the firm.****Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.Proven experience in employee benefits sales, business development, or a related role.Strong understanding of employee benefits products, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Active insurance license is preferred (or willingness to obtain).Why Join Us?We offer a dynamic work environment that values innovation and collaboration.
