Join us in reshaping the future of CRE finance through AI and innovation.Position OverviewAs an Account Executive (AE) at Capitalize, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals. Your primary focus will be on converting qualified leads into paying customers by demonstrating the value of our B2B Data/SaaS platform. You will work closely with SDRs, marketing, and product teams to refine our sales strategy, ensure a seamless customer experience, and drive revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Pipeline Management: Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a steady flow of deals through the pipeline.Consultative Selling: Understand the unique challenges and goals of CRE professionals, positioning Capitalize as the ideal solution to address their needs.Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-depth product demos and presentations to showcase the benefits of our platform.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to foster long-term partnerships.Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and finalize deals to drive revenue growth.CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot) to optimize sales performance.Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with SDRs, marketing, and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.Market Feedback: Provide insights from customer interactions to help shape product development and improve the overall sales strategy.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in SaaS sales, B2B data platforms, commercial real estate technology sales, AND/OR in any direct CRE sales role (lending, brokerage, investment sales).Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), sales engagement tools, and virtual meeting platforms.Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically and solve complex customer challenges.Self-Motivated: Highly driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.BenefitsCompetitive Compensation: Base salary with lucrative commission structure.Health Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans.Professional Development: Opportunities for career growth and advancement.Work Environment: Collaborative and innovative company culture with a focus on employee well-being and work-life balance.
