What You'll DoOffice Management & Culture Building• Own the office vibe"”curate a welcoming, organized, and fun environment• Plan quarterly company outings, celebrations, and team-building events• Manage vendors, supplies, and office operations to keep everything running smoothly• Be the go-to person for keeping the energy high and the workplace fun• Organize office operations and proceduresExecutive & Administrative/ Personal Support• Provide high-level support to the Executive Team• Assist with special projects, research, and correspondence• Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reports, and meetings• Collect and prepare information for meetings with staff and outside parties• Compose and prepare correspondence• Maintain contact lists• Ensure seamless execution of administrative tasksHR & People Operations• Handle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new and existing staff• Maintain employee records, including addresses, absences, and performance evaluations• Support payroll, verifying hours, calculating salaries, and distributing pay• Answer HR-related questions and ensure employees understand policies and benefits• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations• Help shape company culture and employee engagement initiativesWho You AreThe ideal candidate will be able to handle a wide range of administrative, executive and HR support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little supervision.
