Everything we do, we do in the service of our community.Position OverviewAtlasticity is looking for a part time Sales and Marketing Support Admin. The performance efforts are divided into two functions: Supporting Sales & Growth and Marketing Operations Support. Together, these functions drive the company's revenue forward and further our key partner relationships.You will play the leading role in shaping business efficiency, improving processes, and delivering measurable results. You will focus on supporting the scaling of our business through continued evolution and improvement of our client experience from day 1, building our brand. You should have hands-on experience contributing to customer acquisition programs to drive sustainable and efficient customer acquisition cost.What you'll do:Sales Administrative SupportMarketing Operations SupportSpecial ProjectsSupport Sales & Marketing related tasks in Partner Portals & CRMConduct and oversee performance tracking and calibration on a daily basis to drive decision making around budget allocations and forecastsSupport budgeting process for Sales & Marketing, including data gathering, forecasting and ROI assessmentsCoordinate logistics, vendors, communications and attend events and conferencesBridge between marketing and salesIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement20-30 hours/weekWho you are:Experience in sales coordination, operations, or administrative rolesStrong organizational, process, and data entry skillsExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate in a succinct and professional mannerProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Calendars, Teams Meetings, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and Partner PortalsHigh accuracy and productivity outputBackground in process management and automation a plusPrior experience in marketing and sales support roles is a plusDetailed-oriented, while maintaining the ability to see the overall picture and challenge inefficienciesA mix of creative and analytical thinking while remaining customer-focusedGrowth and results focusedProven ability to work proactively, independently, juggle multiple priorities and complete responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to develop and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholdersConvey a can-do, positive attitude towards tackling problems and are able to see other points of view, while maintaining a confident direction.
