Were mission-driven, venture-backed, and rapidly growing.Job DescriptionGivers is seeking an experienced, data-driven Head of Growth to fuel our next phase of expansion. Were growing rapidly, and looking for someone who specializes in pouring fuel on the fire. This role is laser-focused on driving measurable member acquisition and efficiency. You will be responsible for creating and executing an integrated growth strategy that leverages both paid and organic channels to deliver aggressive, sustainable growth.We are proudly building an in-office culture in NYC and looking for people who are excited by that.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable and comprehensive plans to drive member growthDefine clear growth targets and associated metrics (e.g., conversion rates, CAC, and ROI) and leverage our internal tools to attribute success, identify trends, and iterate quicklyIdentify and execute creative opportunities in scalable organic channels (referral networks, partnerships, viral loops, etc,)Oversee all paid marketing initiatives (search, social, media, OOH) and optimize campaigns based on real-time dataCoordinate both in-house teams and external agencies to execute growth campaigns seamlesslyProvide product and service feedback to ensure that growth strategies are integrated with continuous product/service improvements and opportunities to drive product-led growthRequirements7+ years of experience driving growth in D2C healthtech, home care, Medicaid, or similar companies supporting vulnerable populationsDeep commitment to our mission of supporting family caregiversSpecific revenue growth that you can attribute directly to your prior workTrack record of driving organic growth initiatives such as referral networks, B2B2C partnerships, product-led growth, SEO, viral loops, and moreHands-on experience executing 7+ figure campaigns across search, social, linear, OOH, and moreExceptional ability and hunger to strategize at 30k feet and roll up your sleeves in the trenchesNatural pull towards first principles thinking and away from doing things just because they are commonplaceHigh analytical rigor leveraging SQL, Tableau, or similar to drive insights that enable unquestionable attribution and quick iterationExceptional people management skills to lead in-house and external talent in a high-energy and cohesive effort to growConstant long-term thinking to continue developing our brand, market positioning, and trustThe expected base pay for this role will be $140,000 minimum.
