Account Executive to Senior Account Executive

SolComms, a fast-growing, high-energy PR agency for companies who dare to disrupt, is looking for a savvy media relations pro to join its existing Directors team of telehealth/womens health companies. Were an integrated agency for startups and scale-ups at the intersection of corporate and consumer. SolComms selectively partners with companies who have a point of view from both a brand and executive level - that's our sweet spot. Our work turns brands into media darlings and founders into thought leaders across healthcare, tech, lifestyle, and more.We launched in April 2023 and have 40+ clients and 30+ employees. Heres what youll do:Draft media materials, including PR strategies, OpEds, pitches, press releasesConsistently secure earned media coverage and develop relationships with reporters and editorsTake an active role in client communications, brainstorms, and planning sessionsDeliver new ways to generate media interest for clients, from newsjacking to trend reports and moreManage account coordinators; serve as the first line in reviewing key materials, including media lists, briefing documents, pitches, call agendas, recaps and moreAssist in planning and executing eventsHeres what youll get:Salary Range: $60-90kAnnual bonuses; monthly commissions for new business you sign100 percent healthcare, dental, and vision coverageUnlimited PTOMentorship: we firmly believe in the importance of taking time to connect outside of daily tasks to help build and grow our team - both personally and professionally.
