We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Project Manager to join a leading Company located in the Manassas, VA surrounding area.Responsibilities:Full Life Cycle Project Management of Construction Projects working closely with senior managementDevelop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needsDirectly responsible for oversight of projects and Maintaining Project Budgets/Job Costs, and overall profitability of their projectsDevelop and Maintain Project SchedulesProvide feedback, advice, project updates, and encouragement to team membersHelp train and develop assistant project managersMaintain Record and Documentation of Material and Equipment Purchases Throughout the ProjectResponsible for Proposals, Change Orders, Submittals, RFIs, and Technical PackagesCoordinate with vendors and suppliers as neededDirect, Oversee, and Assist all field personnelDirect, Oversee, and Assist SubcontractorsAttend and Schedule Project Meetings as Required with the Owner, General Contractor, Subcontractors, and ForemanEnsure accurate Labor Projections and continuously Monitor Labor NeedsEnsure Billings and Collections are Done in a Timely MannerBasic Hiring Criteria:Bachelors Degree or equivalent work ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Refrigeration, General Construction)Ability to Read and Interpret Construction Drawings and Contract DocumentsProficiency with Microsoft ExcelMust be authorized to work in the US and able to Pass Criminal Background CheckMust pass a drug testMust have a clean criminal record to permit clearance to Military and Government Facilities
