Senior Workday Project Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sr. Finance Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple workstreams within our ongoing Workday implementation project. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain strict timelines, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure seamless communication and documentation.Key Responsibilities:Task Management: Oversee and manage five workstream leads, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.Communication: Send invites, keep records, and post updates. Maintain direct communication with business owners (CFO, VPs, and Directors) regarding objectives and progress.Tools Utilization: Utilize Jira for project tracking and ServiceNow for tasks outside the project. Employ Agile methodologies and Confluence for documentation.Status Reporting: Assist in preparing weekly status reports for Terry, consolidating updates from all workstreams.Coordination: Organize and coordinate monthly meetings and E2E testing setups, including arranging tables, monitors, and docking stations.Documentation: Update Jira with change requests and other relevant information.Supporting The Following Workday Domains:FinanceResearch/GrantsMust Haves:PMP (Project Management Professional) - Highly preferred.5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management Experience with any ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Lawson, Oracle) is acceptable; Workday experience is a plus.Atlassian tools experience is a significant advantage.Strong background in Finance and Supply Chain Management; experience in Grants and Endowments is beneficial.
