Team CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to support our clients Broker Relations team and Portfolio Managers. This role offers significant growth opportunities within Broker Relations and requires a proactive, "can-do" attitude.**Provide general administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparing reports or presentations.Coordinate and book travel arrangements for Portfolio Managers, ensuring smooth logistics for meetings, roadshows, and corporate access events.Assist in organizing internal meetings and events, handling logistics and materials.Track and manage all Corporate Access activities, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and providing timely updates to stakeholders.Liaise with brokers and external partners to ensure efficient communication and follow-up on broker relations matters.2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an executive assistant or similar support role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Bachelor's degree required.Additional ****** Monday-Thursday onsite, 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM***** $85,000 - $110,000 base salary plus bonus
