As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to our team.OVERVIEW:The Senior Manager, Sales Operations will play a vital role in optimizing initiatives for our expanding business and team. This position will focus on improving predictability in our fast-paced environment by establishing essential processes and checkpoints for smooth execution and revenue delivery across Walmart and Sams Club businesses. The Senior Manager, Sales Operations will provide the guidance, tools, and processes needed to create clear monthly workflows and predictable outcomes in revenue delivery, forecast accuracy, and trade spend management. A successful Senior Manager, Sales Operations must be process-driven, detail-oriented, financially grounded and a LOVE for tackling complex issues.Here are some of the EXCITING things youll get to do:Developing and tracking internal forecasts (Volume, Value, Trade Spend, JBP Metrics)Collaborating on external forecast alignment initiatives with replenishment teamsManaging order processes in coordination with Customer Service (PO Creation, Confirmation, Fill %)Executing inventory management strategies, including Direct Import and Instock OptimizationLead our Sales Operation function on the Walmart / Sams team, inclusive of setting the direction and mentoring a small team of Sales Operations ManagersDrive the monthly consensus forecast process, ensuring on time deliverablesCollaborate with finance teams to drive initiatives aimed at optimizing EBITDALead Joint Business Planning initiatives in collaboration with the broader Walmart/Sams Club teamDevelop and implement strategies and framework required to effectively communicate brand-level financial and spend updatesPrepare and present financial and booking updates to senior management for Walmart and Sams ClubWork closely with internal accounting teams and third-party services to reconcile post-audit claimsRequirements:A "fixer" with a passion for identifying gaps and drive fast solutionsProven experience leading and mentoring small teamsBachelors degree required5+ years of experience in demand planning, or a business analytics/financial role within the consumer products industry - a deep financial and planning acumen strongly preferredAbility to analyze and derive insights from multiple complex data sets to inform decision-makingExcellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in the MS Office SuiteStrong communication, organizational, project management, and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks, and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitudeAt SharkNinja, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are vital to our global success.
