Overview: JOB SUMMARY:The Pre-Sales Solution Architects main responsibility is to serve as the technical/functional lead on sales opportunities for Arctic IT across a variety of markets. This business development role requires exceptional technical leadership, a deep breadth of product knowledge, and strong solutioning skills during the sales process.A key focus of this role is on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and PowerApps Solution Stack, along with Arctic ITs Industry-Focused IP, Tribal Platforms-our specialized solutions designed to empower tribal governments and enterprises with modern, scalable technology.This role must exhibit high energy, convincing presentation skills, and thorough technical writing skills. It is expected that this individual will understand how to sell CRM and Low Code solutions to decision makers and navigate complex business processes with the ability to translate them into a solution architecture that our Professional Services team can deliver successfully.
