Global investment firm in Manhattan seeks an Administrative Assistant to support a team of executives. Ideally candidates would have experience out of financial services or a law firm.Fully OnsiteHours 9-6, with overtime needed on occasionBase $100-120k plus bonus**Answer and screen calls and messages for the teamOversee the calendar; arrange, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointmentsPlan and coordinate domestic and international travel for executivesArrange flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visas, foreign currency, creating itineraries, etc. as necessaryMaintain team communication, providing updates and reminders, keeping the team organized and on trackHelp coordinate project and initiatives, liaising with senior leadershipReconcile and prepare expense reportsMaintain up-to-date databases both of important documentation and contact listsAssist with project work and internal and external communications as neededOther duties as needed on a day-to-day basisMust have a minimum of 5 + years experience supporting executives out of professional services, ideally out of finance or law firm environmentBachelor's degree requiredExperience in a fast-paced, global organizationProficient PC skills (MS *** Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Adobe)Highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization skillsClient-service oriented with strong discretion and ability to deal with highly confidential informationNew York state notary preferred
