Details for the position are as **Job ***** 6 months, possible to extent We are seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to join our team and manage end-to-end payroll processes for a large organization. This role requires expertise in payroll systems, taxation, reconciliations, and compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key **Manage and execute payroll cycles using UKG Pro (Ultipro) or similar large payroll software.Ensure accurate payroll data collection, calculation, and entry.Oversee 401(k) reconciliation, equity vesting, and relocation processing.Handle General Ledger processing, reconciliation, and SAP interface.Prepare and submit financial reports to Finance & Accounting teams.Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and conduct regular audits.Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.Process W-2s and year-end payroll reporting.Support balance sheet account reconciliations.Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Compensation, Finance, and IT teams.Provide excellent customer service by addressing employee payroll inquiries.**5+ years of payroll experience in a large organization. Strong payroll system experience (Ultipro/UKG, ADP, or similar"”not QuickBooks). Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, etc.). Expertise in multi-state and local tax compliance. Solid accounting knowledge (reconciliations, journal entries, etc.). Strong understanding of gross-to-net payroll calculations and tax laws. Ability to analyze complex payroll issues and problem-solve effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Must be a team player who collaborates well across departments.
