***** Senior Business Financial Analyst***** Basking Ridge, NJ ( Hybrid)***** 6+ Months**Guiding the overall strategic and tactical direction for the team, including development and delivery of all financial planning & analysis for the business.Managing a team of professionals that provide oversight of all aspects of the development and communication of executive reviews for Actuals, Business Plan, Commitment View, and Best View.Identifying complex business performance issues and presenting insights on the consolidated internal presentations.Be a trusted advisor providing valuable decision support and guidance to executive management.Providing strategic financial and operational insights utilizing recurring performance reports, ad-hoc analysis and performance reviews.Partnering with Center of Excellence to establish service level agreements and driving continuous improvements.Evaluating business trends and assessing monthly and quarterly business performance in driving strategic business analysis.Advising on risk and opportunity considerations for managing cost and growing the revenue and profitability.Recommending planning and business performance issues to define and executing action plans.Partnering with reporting and AI&D teams to streamline information for proper analysis and insights.Performing monthly performance review of business cases and post mortems.Providing decision support and guidance; lead ad-hoc presentation development and executive review.MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):1. Automation tools in Finance (SQL, BI, Excel Macros, etc)2. Compiling decks in PPT & Google Slides3. Financial and Business Analysis4. Short & Long Term Planning ModelsDESIRED SKILLS & **Bachelor's degree. Even better if you have a Masters in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or EconomicsFive or more years of relevant experience required
