This role will be instrumental in assisting the Capital Markets team in managing, maintaining, and adding new investor relationships, while contributing to the overall success of the company. The ideal candidate possesses a keen interest in finance, real estate, and investing, coupled with experience in business development.ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development: We are seeking someone that has the desire and skill to meet and connect with new relationships. The ideal candidate is driven and capable of identifying where to explore, finding qualified prospects and influential enough to secure a meeting. Financial Understanding: Ability to understand Private Investments, Public Investments and how investors use them in their portfolios. Ability to learn, analyze and understand Real Estate proformas, expected returns, Private Investment documents, and other information related to Private Real Estate investing and communicate key findings to potential investors.Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with investors, including regular updates, meetings by phone, video, and in person.QualificationsBachelors degree in finance, business, or a related field.Strong desire to learn and understand financial markets, investment principles, and real estate industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience in business development or a related field is preferred.Must have a passion for the real estate or finance industry.Core ValuesThis person must share our company core values where they:Live with Integrity - The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles is paramount to the success of our organization.Are Accountable - We are accountable to ourselves.
