Nasdaq Private Market(NPM), Forge Global), who will be based at the headquarters in Key Biscayne (FL-33149).About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Broker Expert in Secondary Private Market Use to join ourdynamic team. In this critical role, you will be a key advisor and resource for our brokers,empowering them to effectively leverage secondary market opportunities and deliver exceptionalclient service.You will be responsible for:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.Generate new business, selling company shares through networking, referrals.Provide financial advice and recommendations to clients based on their individual needs and financial goals.Develop and implement financial plans for clients, including investment strategies, retirement planning, and estate planning.Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on current financial trends and regulations.Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards.Secondary Private Market Expertise: Expert on all aspects of the secondary Private market platform, includingIts features, functionalities, and technical specifications.Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of secondary private market trends, regulations, and best practices, comprehensive documentation on platform usage and troubleshooting guides.Provide ongoing training and support to internal and external stakeholders, employees on platform usage and best practices.Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on secondary private market concepts, products, and trading strategies to brokers.Provide ongoing support and guidance to brokers on secondary private market transactions, including order execution, risk management, and client communication.Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to grow and enhance thesecondary private market.Collaborate with business development teams to promote the secondary private market platform topotential users.Address broker inquiries and resolve issues related to secondary private market transactions.Client Education: educate clients on the benefits and risks of secondary private market transactions.Develop and present client-facing materials on secondary private market topics.Track and analyze secondary private market activity and performance.Prepare reports and presentations summarizing market trends and insights for brokers, management, and clients.Identify areas for improvement in secondary private market processes and client service.Identify and pursue new opportunities to leverage secondary private markets to meet client needs.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.3 years of experience as a broker or in a related role within the financial services industry.Proven expertise in secondary private market platforms set up and trading, including knowledge ofvarious asset classes and trading strategies.Strong understanding of financial markets, market microstructure, and regulatoryrequirements.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner to both brokersand clients.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial data analysis tools.Benefits:At Wooo Social Games, we offer a range of exciting benefits for contractor employees.
