We are committed to fostering an inclusiveand dynamic work environment where our employees can thrive.The Unemployment Claims Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and responding to claim-relateddocuments within state-mandated time limits. This position focuses on providing client support, includingeducating the client on the unemployment claim process, processing unemployment documents,performing research as needed, and ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to state agencies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:â— Manage workload by reviewing and prioritizing claims, determinations, and other unemploymentrelated requests to ensure all state-mandated deadlines are met.â— Analyze individual case information to determine specific details needed from client to bestrespond to claim requests.â— Coordinate timely communication with clients and state agencies to ensure all relevant facts areavailable for the state's unemployment decision.â— Gain working knowledge of state unemployment laws across the country and incorporate anychanges into workflow and communication with clients.â— Provide guidance and advice to clients on best practices related to unemployment laws.â— Be able to work both independently and in collaboration with coworkers to ensure allunemployment responses are filed timely for all clients in our book of business.â— Create and maintain log of all actions taken on every claim in our case management system.â— Assist clients with standard and custom reporting on all aspects of the unemployment process.â— Present ideas for process or system improvement that enhance efficiency and/or clientdeliverables.â— Perform any additional functions needed to meet the goals of the department.Requirements and Qualifications:â— 2 Year associate's degree preferred; or two years customer service-related experience and/ortrainingâ— Previous office experience with an emphasis on organization of work duties and performing jobfunctions independently preferredâ— Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environmentâ— Must be proficient in MS Office SuiteSpecial Considerations & Pre-Requisites:â— Ability to take initiative and work independently with little supervisionâ— Ability to define priorities and handle multiple tasks and projectsâ— Able to change focus or priorities quickly as the workload demandsâ— Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyâ— Excellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat We Offer:â— Competitive salary and benefits packageâ— Opportunities for professional growth and developmentâ— A supportive and collaborative work environmentâ— Flexible remote work modelâ— 401K and employer matchâ— PTO and a generous holiday calendarHow to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their qualificationsand experience to HR@.
