The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with strong organizational skills and a passion for the financial industry. This is a full-time on-site role located in Estero, FL.Responsibilities *****Assist the financial advisor in managing client relationships and maintaining accurate client recordsPrepare and process client documents and transactions while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to strict regulationsRespond to client inquiries and provide timely follow-up on requests and servicesManage calendar and prepare necessary documents and reports for client meetingsCollaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve client experienceWork with compliance to prepare client communications and presentationsQualificationsAnalytical Skills and Finance experienceClient Services and Communication skillsExceptional organizations skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesFamiliarity with Redtail or similar CRM softwareDetail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and complianceAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivatedPrevious experience in the financial services industry or banking is a plus
