Since 2016, YouLand has funded over $1B+ of loans in 20 states nationwide.Role DescriptionWe are currently looking to hire a dynamic analyst to join Youland. The candidate will have 2+ years of background experience in any of the following ***** fixed income, residential transitional loans, structured finance, capital markets, real estate investing. This role will have a heavy emphasis in the residential transitional loan sector.Examples of Roles & ResponsibilitiesCapital Markets Maintain relationships with takeout partners to execute whole loan tradesMonitor and manage warehouse lines of credit to ensure sufficient capital for loan originations and ongoing operations.Collaborate with underwriting and origination teams to align loan products with investor requirements and market demand.Asset ManagementOversee the performance of the bridge loan portfolio, ensuring timely payment and compliance with loan terms.Implement risk management strategies to mitigate borrower defaults and safeguard portfolio health.Coordinate with legal teams on foreclosure processes and resolution of distressed assets.Provide detailed reporting to stakeholders, including capital partners and warehouse lenders, on portfolio performance and risk exposure.Manage loan modifications, extensions, or restructurings to optimize recovery and preserve asset value.WantsExperience in real estate or financeExperience with managing and analyzing large datasets to monitor and evaluate credit performance metricsNeedsBachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related field at an established 4 year universityGPA of 3.5+Fluent English2-3 years of experience in fixed income or real estate
