About the Role - The position will be responsible for the below among **Investor CommunicationsWorking with Finance Team in preparing investor decks and materialsIdentifying and building relationships with potential investorsBusiness Development - raising equity from foreign investorsTraveling domestically and internationally to conferences and to meet with clients or potential clients.Business Development and capital raising from HNW investors globallyResponsibilities - Candidates should have all or most of the below **4 year bachelors degree or higher3+ years of investor relations experiencePrevious direct equity raising experience, having raised at least $20MM in equity investments directly from HNW investors, including international investorsStrong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and TeamsCRM experienceAbility to travel 50% or more nationally and internationally
