What youll be doing:Lead the Research & Analytics teamDrive implementation of advanced analytics models as well as quantitative research methodsDesign quantitative research, including survey design and programmingUtilize Python for data analysisNegotiate with online panel providers and other vendors to secure cost-effective and high-quality samples.What makes you qualified:Minimum 7 years experience + Bachelors Degree (advanced degree preferred)Experience leading survey design + quantitative project managementExperience with Python, ability to do data modelingExcellent story-telling and communication skillsStrong leadership abilities and proven background leading a team
