The key responsibilities include supporting the phone queue, addressing inquiries related to submitting census and payroll, and undertaking assigned project tasks. This role entails ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of essential tasks to meet the needs of stakeholders.Key *Taking incoming calls from private sector planned sponsors regarding their retirement accounts.Individuals will be trained to handle basic topics such as account balance, distribution questions, password reset, etc.Building meaningful connections/relationships and engage with customers via phone inquiriesEducate and provide service to customers on productsReviews, researches, and interprets records and reports to accurately make decisionsResolves routine errors requiring corrective processingWhat we are looking for in a *Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionallyExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in data manipulation and formattingExperience with data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, Outlook, and Word)Knowledge of best privacy practices regarding handling sensitive dataProactive problem solving abilitiesSomeone who can easily adapt to changeAs an ideal candidate you will **· A completed or nearly completed bachelors degree (preferably in Business, Communications, Economics, Finance, or a related field)· Two years + of solid work experience in a service related field.
