ControllerOur client, a growing multi-location healthcare company in the North Dallas area, is on the hunt for an accounting leader who is hungry to lead a team and help make a direct impact and be a change agent.Company **HealthcareTight knit team w/ excellent tenureChange agent environmentController *The Controller will oversee the operations of the Accounting Department, which includes the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, account analysis and payroll functions.Manages a team of 6 individualsOversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.Assists with the annual budget and forecasts; reports significant budget differences to management.Works with external auditors and provides needed information for audits.Responsible for quarterly and annual tax filings.Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.Controller Background *Bachelors degree in accounting or finance, masters preferredActive CPA license is requiredStrong tenure in previous positions7+ years of experience with strong familiarity in healthcare, ideally in multi-location provider HealthcareBelieves in a servant leader mentality and wants to join an organization with a strong cultureFeatures and Benefits of *20 PTO days/yr (4 wks) to start off, Bereavement offeredEducation reimbursement of 80% for graded courses401K matchMedical, Dental and Vision offered - client reimburses ~1/2 of deductibleHSA contribution of up to $1600 by clientLife insurance of 1x paid by clientDisability insurance offeredVoluntary life insurance offeredFlex Health Savings offeredEqual Opportunity Employer.
