What Youll Do:Lead SEO, SEM, and PPC initiatives in partnership with top search agencies.Optimize UX/UI through heat mapping, landing page improvements, and microsite enhancements.Oversee marketing technology projects, including chatbot integrations, email automation, and lead nurturing strategies.Manage 100+ property-specific marketing budgets with a focus on cost control.Partner with IT to evaluate and implement marketing technology platforms.Utilize analytics to monitor search trends, website performance, and customer engagement strategies.Serve as a client-facing expert, articulating digital strategies to internal and external stakeholders.? Top Priorities in the First 90 Days:Take ownership of search partner relationships-managing SEO, SEM, and PPC initiatives.Dive into data-analyze heat maps, build out website assumptions, and evaluate performance metrics.Lead marketing technology projects, collaborating with IT to integrate tools like chatbots and lead nurturing platforms.?
