SEO Specialist

We are adding an SEO Specialist to our team. This role is a HYBRID role, in Irvine, CA. This role will support a Technology based Data organization. This is a new role, due to tremendous growth. Must have experience: B2B Marketing in a SAAS Platform. Salary is $80K-$90K DOE. No RELOCATION for the role. Responsibilities will include:Monitor sites traffic and performance to provide and execute improvement ideasTrack, report, and analyze website analytics and campaignsStay on top of Google (and other search engines)s updatesCompetitor SEO analysis and implementation strategyOptimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketingPerform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimizationResearch and implement search engine optimization recommendationsDevelop and implement link building strategyWork with the marketing and development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed codeWork with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programmingRecommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywordsHelp with other marketing activities as assignedRequirementsProven SEO experienceSolid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisitionIn-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Moz, WebTrends, etc.)Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)Experience with A/B and multivariate experimentsWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraintsKnowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithmsKnowledge of onsite and performance SEOUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEMSkillsIn depth knowledge in search engine optimization practicesOutstanding ability to think creatively, strategically , and identify and resolve problemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillAbility to work within a team and independentlyExpertise with website optimization toolsAttention to detailsStrong organizational, time management, and analytical skillsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
