This role will focus on managing social media platforms, driving e-commerce conversions, and supporting influencer marketing initiatives for a leading fashion brand.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Manage and curate content across social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)Oversee product links and shoppable content to boost salesEngage with the community by responding to comments and DMs while maintaining the brand voiceOrganize and manage digital assets for campaignsAssist with influencer marketing effortsStay up-to-date on fashion trends and social media best practicesMust-Haves:1-3 years of experience in social media marketing (preferably in the fashion industry)Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of social commerce and platform-specific best practicesExperience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later, Dash Hudson)Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)A keen eye for fashion and visual storytellingSoft Skills:Strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and stay organizedExcellent time management skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamAdaptability and willingness to learnNice to Haves:Experience in e-commerce or retailKnowledge of fashion brands and trendsUnderstanding of analytics and reporting tools
