We are seeking a visionary and strategic Brand Director to lead the development and growth of a dynamic brand in the outdoor consumer electronics space. This role is perfect for a creative leader who is passionate about storytelling, community engagement, and building a brand that feels both aspirational and authentic. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to craft brand experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and long-term loyalty.Responsibilities:Brand Identity & Voice: Lead the creation of a distinct brand voice and identity that resonates with outdoor enthusiasts and tech-savvy consumers.Brand Positioning: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.Campaign Development: Build and execute innovative brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and affinity among target audiences.Partnerships: Develop strategic collaborations with content creators, outdoor influencers, and organizations that align with the brand's values and mission.Storytelling & Content: Guide creative and marketing teams in developing compelling content and storytelling initiatives that connect with the brand's audience.Cultural Trends: Identify and leverage cultural trends, consumer insights, and market data to inform brand strategies and stay ahead of the competition.Digital & Experiential Presence: Enhance the brand's presence across digital platforms, social media, and experiential activations to create immersive brand experiences.Community Engagement: Lead initiatives to deepen community engagement and foster meaningful connections with customers, building a loyal brand following.Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure alignment between the brand, product development, and customer experience teams to create a seamless and cohesive brand journey.Brand Advocacy: Serve as a brand ambassador, both internally and externally, driving excitement and advocacy for the company's mission and vision.Qualifications:Experience: 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Brand Storytelling: Proven ability to craft compelling brand narratives and execute campaigns that drive consumer engagement and loyalty.Cultural & Community Insight: Strong understanding of cultural marketing, community-building, and digital storytelling, particularly within the outdoor or consumer electronics space.Partnerships: Experience developing and managing brand partnerships and collaborations that amplify brand reach and relevance.Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate consumer insights and market data into actionable branding strategies and initiatives.Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring large, cross-functional teams.
