Join a top AML 150 Law Firm. Must have previous law firm Marketing, Events, or Business Development experience. This role is in office in NYC/Midtown Tuesday-Thursday. Responsibilities Draft pitches and RFP responses and prepare award and league table submissions. Work with Business Development Managers, the Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer, and partners to execute business development and marketing initiatives.Collect and maintain key practice group information, including experience, marketing collateral, website content, client profiles and market intelligence.Develop a deep understanding of the firm's practices, experience, clients, and competitors. Build strong business relationships with partners and other lawyers at the firm to establish the role of trusted advisor. Collaborate with the Marketing Events team in planning conferences, events, seminars, webinars, and other networking activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, with 1-3 years of legal marketing experience, preferably with emphasis in business development. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to respond in an organized manner to time sensitive marketing and business development requests. Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and eagerness to understand Brown Rudnick's business priorities, practice activities, and related market dynamics. Possess a strong commitment to client service. • Possess high levels of organization, communication, and writing skills. Be collaborative, flexible, and resourceful. High level of proficiency with all Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required; experience with Foundation, Canva, Vuture, CRM, website CMS, and other legal marketing software preferred. Hybrid work environment, in office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday ï‚· Flexibility to perform after hours work is required. Some occasional/light travel required.
