As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will play a key role in supporting the team, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.Key *Manage and coordinate office operations, including scheduling, supplies, and maintenance.Provide administrative support to the legal team and nonprofit staff.Organize and oversee office events, meetings, and conferences.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management.Liaise with vendors, clients, and external partners.Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee engagement.****Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in the law and nonprofit sectors is a plus.High school diploma required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
