We are looking for candidates who can and are looking to assume immediate responsibility and who are willing to work as an integral part of a high performing and collaborative team.The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.ResponsibilitiesCollect, process and distribute mail and packages.Assist with overflow assignments from legal assistants.Assist with preparation of voluminous copy and scan projects for closings, trials, depositions.Manage onsite storage and prepare for shredding or archives.Organize and archive boxes, records and documents.Receive and organize new attorney incoming client and personal boxes.Monitors filing materials and office supplies and works with vendors to secure needed supplies.Receive, unload and stock copy rooms and kitchen supplies (upwards of 30 lbs).Distribute shredding bins and discard documents in accordance with official procedures.Move and organize boxes for warehouse pick up to archive client files.Perform and/or recommend remedial actions to correct software, hardware, equipment, or systems problems.QualificationsStrong interpersonal, customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitaskProficient in Microsoft Office suiteThe salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000. Pay is determined based on depth of experience. The posted salary range reflects the compensation based on various factors, including the roles responsibilities, qualifications, and experience. The final salary may vary depending on the candidates education, skills, and other job-related factors.
