As the Executive & Personal Assistant to the CEO/Founder, you will provide high-level administrative and personal support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives on juggling responsibilities, anticipates needs before they arise, and excels at maintaining professionalism and discretion in all interactions. As a trusted partner to the CEO, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of both professional and personal agendas, contributing directly to the success of our growing company.**Executive Support & Calendar ManagementManage the CEO's calendar with precision, balancing professional and personal priorities, scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring efficient daily operationsCoordinate meetings, events, and travel plans while preparing detailed agendas and itinerariesDraft, edit, and send correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including thank-you notes, memos, and invitationsPartner with internal teams and external stakeholders, acting as a liaison for vendors, clients, and collaboratorsAssist in planning and executing company-wide events, such as offsites, all-hands meetings, and special projectsPersonal AssistanceOversee the CEO's personal schedule, including appointments, errands, and household management tasksArrange personal travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating comprehensive itinerariesHandle household needs such as maintenance schedules, deliveries, vehicle upkeep, and personal shoppingManage and organize personal correspondence, mail, and packagesAct as a trusted liaison with family members, friends, and personal service providers, ensuring smooth communication and supportSpecial Projects & Problem SolvingLead and assist with special projects as assigned, ensuring timelines and deliverables are metMaintain confidentiality and discretion in managing sensitive information and personal mattersDemonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactively addressing challenges and offering creative solutions**5+ years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting senior executivesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlinesStrong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levelsAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential informationFlexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and shifting prioritiesBachelor's degree preferred but not required
