Financial services firm in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to support a team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience supporting a team with travel coordination, calendar management and expense management.Onsite Monday - Friday***** 9am - 6pmPay ***** $25-$30/hr*****Manage busy calendars including scheduling appointments, meetings and eventsProcess and track invoices, expense reports, payment recordsProvide support for any administrative requests such as presentations and project materialsAssist with general office needs like ordering supplies, restocking, filing and data entryDraft, proofread, and edit correspondence, memos and documentsResolve scheduling conflicts and proactively adjust appointments as neededFollow up on action items and deadlines to ensure accountability and progressAssist in the preparation of expense reports and coordinate approvals as neededOrganize travel and create detailed itineraries for team membersCoordinate and schedule Zoom meetings, ensuring all meeting details are accurateRequirements:2+ years' experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as familiarity with expense and travel system such as ConcurExcellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to handle multiple tasks while prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
