Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer - III

We are hiring for Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer - III in Alpharetta GA(2 days Onsite) and 3 days remote***** - Will be responsible for driving project completion and site acquisition - Tracking vendor performance ensuring project trackers are updated conforming to all leasing zoning/permitting environmental and regulatory compliance policies - Will be required to work in multiple systems - Manage project budgets - Participate in deployment calls with vendors third parties and project team - Insure that all parties are aware of project status - Conduct deployment calls - This opening is for 2 positions - one managing real estate macro new build process and the other managing small cell self perform/3rd part/MOD real estate process.MUST HAVE SKILLS Most ***** Experience in telecom site acquisition or real estate. 5 yrs Project Management Experience 5 yrs High Attention to DetailDESIRED ***** -Must have strong ability to be organized hold vendors accountable for desired progress provide deadlines and deliverables within needed SLAs as set by project manager. -Financial or PO experience. -Experience working for a telecom provider previously is a plus.
