This is a rare opportunity to take a meaningful role in a market-leading team and further develop your career.ResponsibilitiesUnderwrite US cyber and cyber/tech open-market businessAnalyze risk, setting pricing and undertaking policy reviewNegotiate with brokers on new and renewal businessAssist in helping set divisional strategy, including engagement in the business-planning processDevelop business, including identifying new distribution, products and relationshipsBuild and manage relationships domestically and internationally, including brokers and cover-holdersRepresent Mosaic in client meetingsSkills, Experience and Education Ideally three plus years' experience in a combination of relevant roles, to include cyber underwriting or brokingKnowledge of retail and wholesale distribution partnersStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with othersStrong written and oral communication skillsHighly focused, enthusiastic, creative thinkerAbility to work in fast-paced environment in a prompt and professional mannerAbility to negotiate with sophisticated advisors and clientsAbility to be proactive, work independently, and make decisionsGeneral knowledge of and ability to comprehend cyber and tech insurance products.
