Maintenance & Facility ManagerLocation: Kearneysville (WV) - FT - on-site PLEASE, READ THE JOB DESCRIPTION BEFORE TO APPLYMandatory Experience: Continuous industrial production in: Plastic extrusion or Paper mill or Lamination - OSHA - Project management - CapEx and OpExJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance of production facilities and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety, operational, and environmental standards.This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and organizational skills to manage both preventive and corrective maintenance activities, coordinate teams, and optimize resources efficiently.The ideal candidate has a background in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Project Management and previous experience in continuous industrial production environments.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Management -Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team, ensuring optimal efficiency.-Define and implement preventive and scheduled maintenance programs.-Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of production equipment and facilities.-Provide support in the commissioning and startup of new production lines.-Maintain accurate maintenance reports, tracking activities and KPIs.-Manage CapEx and OpEx planning and execution.Facility Management -Ensure that all building facilities comply with safety, maintenance, and cleaning regulations.-Oversee routine maintenance inspections and manage facility improvements.-Supervise external contractors and vendors (cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, security, etc.).-Oversee building projects and renovations, ensuring compliance with standards.-Manage budgets and timeframes for facility-related projects.Spare Parts & Procurement Management -Oversee direct procurement and inventory levels for spare parts.-Optimize stock levels to ensure maintenance continuity while controlling costs.Compliance & Safety -Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.-Act as the main point of contact with regulatory authorities for safety, environmental, and permit-related matters.-Oversee the documentation and management of compliance processes.-Collaborate with Quality and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Departments to guarantee required standards.Qualifications & Skills-Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or a related field).-Previous experience in industrial maintenance within a continuous production environment.-Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, facility management, and technical systems.-Experience in managing teams, budgets, and external vendors/contractors.-Familiarity with CapEx/OpEx management and reporting.-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams and regulatory authorities.-Proficiency in maintenance management software and technical documentation.-Lean Manufacturing experience is considered a plus.
