This firm offers an all-inclusive managed service program designed to drive traffic and maximize conversions across all digital channels, leveraging cutting-edge technology, branding, print, traditional ad campaigns, and content creation to transform eCommerce for hotels, resorts, and destinations.What Youll Do:Manage the onboarding success for our clients during pre-launchServe as the point of contact for internal and external teams for digital project launchesManage digital marketing projects with the help of the project coordinatorProject manage day-to-day interactions with domestic and international clients in the hotel and travel industryOversee project timelines, scope, and deliveryCommunicate effectively and present to clients both in person and remotelyAnalyze assets and information to provide insights and make recommendations for website structure (defining categorization, organization, and navigational conventions)Create site maps of the user experience and define the details of the website's information architectureDemonstrate extreme proficiency in managing expectations and overcoming objections, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of the digital marketing programOversee tasks such as quality assurance checks, website content uploads, and assemblyWork with department specialists to define deliverables and timing to meet project objectivesWhat Were Looking For:Knowledge of Project Management Systems (PMS)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesCritical thinker with the ability to solve problems proactivelyAbility to work both individually and in a team settingDetail-oriented with a high level of self-motivation and organizational skills
