As they expand their Houston operations, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join their team.Job Description:As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of high-profile infrastructure and transportation projects. You will lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope. This position offers a chance to work on complex and high-value bridge and highway projects, with opportunities for career advancement within a leading general contracting firm.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, to execute projects efficiently and effectively. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Project Execution: Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.Budget & Cost Control: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures. Work closely with the finance team to optimize spending and profitability.Client & Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, transportation agencies, and consultants. Maintain strong relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.Contract Management: Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
