Job ** Field EngineerJob * OnsiteDirect HireLocation: Santa Fe Springs, CASalary * 60,000-90,000 Per Year with potential negotiation based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factorsBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Bonus, and moreInterview Process: 1 Virtual/1 OnsiteEssential FunctionsManage project documents, drawings, permits, reports, and electronic records on a shared drive.Collect on-site data and prepare reports as needed.Track and submit weekly production and productivity reports.Coordinate and attend field meetings with stakeholders to review schedules and progress.Work with the Field Superintendent, General Foreman, Foremen, and Project Manager to provide updates.Create RFIs, change orders, and cost estimates with input from the Superintendent.Identify out-of-scope work or changes in conditions that require an RFI.Notify appropriate stakeholders of project changes.Track project as-built records and final submittals.Collaborate with the Project Manager and Scheduler to update the project schedule.Prepare project budgets for internal tracking and monitor costs.Support field supervision with production data, material tracking, and administrative tasks.Summarize and track time and material paperwork.QualificationsBS in Engineering or working toward a Construction or Project Management Degree preferred.A background in renewables or construction, or a willingness to learn the construction industry.Proficient in MS Office Suite, BlueBeam, and web-based applications.Proactive, with the ability to work independently.Able to read and understand Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical drawings.Strong reasoning, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal).Able to work well with field crews, multi-task, and prioritize effectively.This role requires 90% field work and the ability to work remotely.To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please visit .The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as ***· The California Fair Chance Act· Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance· Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers· San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
